Dee is so professional and gentle to give advice and knowledge, attending to all details through the whole process of cleaning (removing stains) and polishing. Definitely the best. Dr. Parte is very caring and professional. I went for an annual check (recommended by a friend), he really took the time to explain each step of the exam and discussed the issues in detail. Unlike my previous dentist (who jumped into recommending cosmetic products and gave me a feeling of being very transactional), Dr. Parte focused more on my oral health and explained to me how to sustain healthy teeth in the long run.

I also did my cleaning with his wife Dee (who's a hygienist). She is the most gentle hygienist I've ever had in my life ... ! I usually am scared of teeth cleaning but she really minimized the pain. Her soundtrack and her voice are also pretty soothing...!

I was recommended to Mr Parte by my previous dentist, who was retiring. For many years, I have been clenching my teeth a lot in my sleep and use a device to help me with this. Mr Parte spent a long time discussing my teeth and my issues with him when I first went to see him, and it was clear from the start that he would be the perfect dentist for me to take over from my previous practitioner of many years.

When I needed a new device for my teeth, the new one Mr Parte made for me was perfect, and I continued to have pain free nights of sleep, with none of the severe, headaches and aching teeth and jaws, from which I would otherwise suffer. He was always available to answer any questions by email and put my mind at rest on any issues I might have.

He monitors the condition of my teeth and never suggests any unnecessary work, waiting until I report any discomfort. I am extremely sensitive to even the slightly change in my mouth, so when I have a filling, it has to be absolutely right, otherwise I can experience quite a bit of pain, and issues with my bite. Recently I had a filling that felt ever so slightly uncomfortable and he was happy to correspond with me by email, see me at short notice, spending time and taking care and attention to ensure that it was no long causing me any trouble. There was no charge for this follow-up appointment.
