When I started my journey with Olya I was generally dissatisfied and didn’t see a way out. My bad mood affected my daily life too, making me short tempered and impatient with my husband and children. I had been thinking about seeing a therapist for some time but didn’t want to settle for just anyone. I wanted to find someone that I knew could understand me. I came across Olya by chance; her profile and experience resonated with me. I didn’t know what to expect but I was intrigued by her approach.
Three short months have passed and I can say that I am happy. Really happy. Nothing major has changed: I still live in the same place, I still have the same parents, I still do mostly the same things, but I am content and definitely more patient and less prone to anger. What I do now is daily meditation, look at myself and the world around me free of judgement and most of all, I believe I can pursue my professional dream. It’s not magic though. What Olya does through her empathic, spiritual and practical guidance is teach you how to make positive changes that require little but consistent work. Nothing comes easily, not even eternal bliss…
