We stopped in for a quick bite and to see what they offered in the market. The food was very good quality and the service was very pleasant. I was very hungry and started eating before taking any photos. The Spaghetti with garlic and oil was perfectly cooked. The margarita pizza was made with high quality mozzarella cheese and the sauce was also good. Basil was fresh and the pizza dough was good. Nice job

Delicious, fresh made Italian food. Great market in-store with a lot of items to select from. They have different counter options for pizza, sandwiches, coffee, and gelato. it is nice they offer a separate selection for more fine dining. The Capri sandwich was fantastic!

In life every now and then you have a life changing meal. That is exactly how I would describe our wonderful experience at this great Northern Italian eatery. The staff was incredible and the food is the kind of food that makes you rethink everything you thought was good.

This place was supposed to be a local version of Eataly, but it ended up being a bad counterfeit as if someone walked past an Eataly and tried to copy it without ever eating or shopping there. There are only two stalls (a deli and a desert), and only one of them is staffed. Where are the other types of stalls? Pasta, pizza, meats, veggies, bakery, cocktail/wine bar, grocer? There are barely any Italian products available. There are even less seats unless you want to eat at the formal dining room. You order from a server instead of at the stalls. The menu for that is tiny. The food was decent, which was the only redeeming factor.

As a follow-up, I stopped by at 7:30PM to purchase and take home some Italian desert. The sign posted on the front door said open until 9PM but the door was locked. I could see staff inside at the deli stall cleaning up and a group sitting at one of the tables in the restaurant. A server walked by the door and ignored me. I gave up. This place is 0 for 2.

Oswaldo, the bartender was amazing! He was the one to cater and keep us on our toes! We had a mix up on plans and he made everything perfect. He sat us down & Immediately took our orders.

Finally an Italian Market in the Scottsdale area that makes me feel like I’m back in Italy. One of my favorite things about Corso is the variety the owner is offering.

I stopped in for a lunch during the soft opening and was wow’d by the Capri Sandwich. While I was waiting for my food I took the time to browse, and not only do they have a great food but also an impressive variety of Italian products. The sandwich was amazing, and perfectly priced for lunch during the week.

They also have a fine dining area, which I am excited to try with my husband for date night.

A friend mentioned their new opening. We got two sandwiches to go - a Capri and one of their salami options. Absolutely delicious - tomatoes perfectly ripe, and the cheeses and salamis. An absolutely top new favorite in town! They are in the midst of a soft opening, so service will speed up, but it’s worth a tad of patience (ahem to some of the other reviews) to taste this delicious fare.
