She was very kind & easy to talk to & I was extremely comfortable the entire appointment, which is not always the case with these type of appointments. Dr. Greves is fantastic. The scheduling process is crazy. They cannot schedule more than two months ahead. I called today for an annual exam. They said "we don't have anything available for the next two months, you will have to call back later."
Can I schedule something for three months out? Nope, the schedule doesn't go out that far. So I guess I have to call back every few days until I can get something on the calendar.
This is unusual as I have other doctors that schedule appointments a year in advance.
So if you are willing to tolerate this scheduling shenanigans, the care is great. But if that is frustrating to you, find another provider.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Greves. Everyone at her office made me feel welcome. I waited less than 5 minutes, taken to the exam room for vitals, and Dr. Greves arrived within a couple of minutes. She was professional, yet friendly and caring! I wanted to take time to write this review for anyone who is looking for a great doctor and amazing team. Doctor Greves took me in as a new patient right when I found out I was pregnant. I was nervous as this was my first one and I was new to Orlando Health. I had many questions about service, the Winnie Palmer Hospital and going through this process with a brand new doctor. She exceeded all expectations and was able to walk me through the entire process with the best care. Now that I am 7 weeks postpartum I can truly say that I couldn’t have found a better doctor and team. They truly do care about you as a patient instead of a number. I highly recommend Doctor Greves to anyone that is looking for someone with a lot of experience and great bedside manner. She will put you at ease and is extremely honest about the process. It is not easy and she will tell you the good/tough side of pregnancy and birth. She also was able to provide great recommendations for pediatricians and local general doctors within Orlando Health. We love our pediatrician and trust her experience.

I want to share my experience with Dr. Greves, even though it occurred months ago. While Dr. Greves is a kind and personable physician, my experience was far from positive.

During my first Pap smear with her as a new patient, she discovered a cyst on my cervix. I was already aware of this cyst, as previous OBGYNs had assured me it was not a concern. However, Dr. Greves recommended a biopsy to be thorough, which I initially appreciated despite the anxiety it caused.

At my second appointment for the biopsy, something deeply unsettling happened. During the procedure, while the speculum was in place, Dr. Greves’ phone rang—and she answered it. There were two medical assistants in the room who could have managed the call, but she took it herself, explaining it was about car parts she had been waiting on. She quickly finished the procedure while continuing the conversation, and during this time, the cyst burst, leaving a mess. Her reaction, "Well, that's never happened to me before. I guess there's a first time for everything," felt dismissive and unprofessional.

The entire experience left me feeling vulnerable and humiliated. Visiting the OBGYN can already be an intimidating experience for many women, and I left that day in tears, feeling shocked and disappointed, especially given her generally positive reviews and my otherwise decent initial impression.
