I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the venue. I anticipate that when it’s full, it may feel a tad bit cramped, as the sampling lounge is in quite a narrow setting, but the location’s convenience makes it a worthwhile stop. Good place for a business meeting, on a quieter day, perhaps. The staff are super helpful and provide a great customer experience – especially ensuring you have the right cigar for you and that what you are smoking is of good quality!

A fantastic cigar shop in the heart of the city surrounded by fantastic things to do before or after coming in for a cigar to enjoy in the lounge. Then staff are extremely friendly and their knowledge is exceptional. It's extremely cosy and a fantastic place to light up a cigar of your choice and have a smoke either by yourself or a group of friends.

A definite must visit for cigar smokers and enthusiasts or even someone starting out as Dante and the team will help you with exactly what suits you!

I have been here a few times. One of the most friendly and welcoming cigar shops I've ever been to. The staff are extremly welcoming and patient, which is a great feeling. I felt welcome, trusted and most importantly, respected.

They have a vast selection of cigars and their smoke room is small, but cozy. The cigars given to me were thoroughly inspected for quality control by the staff which was lovely.
I cannot sing the praises of the staff enough, each time I have been served by someone different. But each time they were extremly knowledgeable and (for a intermediate cigars smoker such as myself, my friend who came in was a beginner) they were not condescending at all.

If I could rate higher, I would.

Amazing and extremely friendly service. Dante was a pleasure to speak with, helpful and very knowledgable. The best and most welcoming cigar shop experience I've had in all of London (and New York for that matter).

Very quiet but really good selection. Some quirky pricing meant I got Trinidad Reyes for under £31. Nice smoking room. Great stop off pre or post lunch.

Went to enjoy an afternoon cigar and was greeted by Sam, who was welcoming and very accommodating. Great atmosphere and enjoyable lounge to enjoy a cigar. Definitely recommend. My only knock is the price, but that’s only because being used to USA prices.
