Do not work here for any reason. You will receive no training and if you do it’s bottom feeder training with the worst systems and development. This guy sucks, along with Royce.

My insurance premiums are exorbitantly high. I have never made a claim or received a traffic ticket. There is no way to justify such high premiums.

Has allowed my home insurance to expire I have tried contacting allstate as I paid off my Mortgage and wanted to remove the mortgage co from their files so I can pay the premium, the instructions for doing this online states make a request and they will remove the mortgage co and send you a new quote there answer pay up first then we will give you a quote I have been with Allstate for many years there service and agents are all a waste of time, time to move on. He moved offices and no one told us and when I have tried to speak with him in the old office he wasn,t there I did ask for him to be removed as my agent following an earlier lack of interest in his customers and allstate did that then the new agent shut up shop and they returned me to Mr Corsi without any notification, would not advise Allstate to anyone.

Fortunately for me I haven't had to file a claim but it's a peace of mind in knowing that I have a local representative to reach out to if I need help. I also appreciate their honesty and integrity. I called last month to check on bundling my auto insurance from another company with my renters insurance through Allstate. My representative told me that if I'm trying to bundle to do some budget savings that I should wait until December because right now it would cost me an additional $50. That showed me that he didn't just care about making quota for the month, he cared about me as a customer. You really are in good hands with Allstate.
