I recently underwent hip impingement surgery and labral tear repair with Dr. Ajay Lall, and I couldn't be more grateful for the outstanding care and expertise I received. Very happy with my outcome! In 2021 Dr. Lall performed reconstructive labral surgery on both my hips. He and his staff took the time to answers all my questions and make sure to be available if I needed them post op. Following his recommended guidelines for recovery and physical therapy I got great results. His bedside manner is the best! He cares very much for his patients and them achieving a positive outcome! I have never met a surgeon as smart, thorough or caring as Dr. Lall. I had horrible experience being injured by another surgeon and through all my meetings with surgeons he was the first with the skill and knowledge to figure out issues and the only one who cared enough, even though it probably doesn't benefit him in terms of performing surgery. Go to him, so much better than the guys at big hospital systems.

Dr. Lall is the best! Extraordinary surgeon who fixed my hip when no one else could. Prior to meeting Dr. Lall, I had two failed hip scopes that left me with even more pain and frightening instability. Dr. Lall reconstructed my labrum and fixed everything that other surgeons couldn’t seem to get right. I’m now 10 months post-op and most days I feel like I’ve never had any hip surgeries. How amazing is that?! Dr. Lall gave me my life back and I couldn’t be more thankful for him and his expertise. I wish i could give 6 stars. Dr Lall is incredible. I’m 14 years old and had been having hip pain for a year before i saw Mr Lall. I had gotten 2 surgeries, FAI, and a core muscle surgery. I had gotten worse after both of them. We went to see Dr Lall at the Vincera Institute in philly, expecting the typical “we’re not sure. your a special case” but he came in, and firstly, introduced himself, and immediately looked at all my MRIs and knew exactly what was wrong. The next day we were in surgery, getting a full labrel reconstruction because my original one was basically non existent. He also saw a capsule that was leaking fluid out into my hip, and ended up shaving more hip off. Not only is Dr Lall an INCREDIBLE surgeon, but he also is like a friend to me. While i was getting rolled back into the OR, he stayed back and comforted my mom saying how he’s going to do everything he possibly can to help me, and that he’s got me. Dr Lall has inspired me to become a surgeon along his side. I’m currently 3 weeks post op, and feeling so much better. Going from a constant 9-10 pain to a 3-4 sometimes, is incredible. I am so grateful for Mr Lall and I seriously cannot recommend him more. I may only be 14, but he has changed my life. not only physically, but also by him saying “i’m always going to be here for you” I consider him a friend in a way and I find that incredibly important, and just shows how awesome he is. If you have ANY sort of hip pain, i 100% recommend Dr Lall. he is awesome, and an incredible surgeon. 10/10. Dr Lall if your reading this, Thank you!
